[1] Max loan tenure for bank loan is 30 years for up to 75% LTV (Loan-To-Value) with effect from 6 July 2018.自2018年7月6日起,银行贷款的最长贷款期限为30年,最高贷款额为75%房产价值。

[2] With effect from 16 December 2021, new mortages cannot cause borrowers' total monthly loan repayments to exceed 55% of monthly income. 自2021年12月16日起,新抵押贷款不得导致借款人每月还款总额超过月收入的55%。

[3] With effect from 30 September 2022, TDSR and MSR loan rate will increase from 3.5% to 4% for residential property and TDSR loan rate for non-residential property will increase from 4.5% to 5%. 自2022年9月30日起,总偿债率-TDSR和每月偿还贷款比率-MSR的贷款利率将从3.5%上调至4%,非住宅房产的TDSR贷款利率则将从4.5%上调至5%。
