Undischarged Bankrupts

Undischarged bankrupts need to seek the Official Assignee (OA)'s consent if they are applying for an
EC. However, they do not need to seek the OA's approval to be listed as an occupier.
未获解除破产保护的破产人如果正在申请EC，则需要寻求官方官方受托人(OA)的同意。 但是，如果他是以基本住户(occupier)的身份申请就无需寻求OA的批准。

Applicants/Occupiers listed in the Application Form must not own / dispose / have an estate or
interest in any other flat, house, building or land
-within 30 months before the date of application, and
-between the application date and the date of taking possession of the EC

Eligible Subsidised Flat owner need to fulfil 5 years MOP

享有一次津贴的合格屋主须履行5年最低居住期(MOP)
