First announced on 12 Jan 2013, MAS introduced MSR capped at 30% of gross income for HDB loans taking from banks. MSR is applicable to purchases of resale and Build-To-Order (BTO) HDB flats. It then extended MSR on 9 Dec 2013 to Executive Condominiums (ECs) bought directly from developers.
新加坡金融管理局(MAS)于2013年1月12日首次宣布,购买政府组屋(HDB)银行贷款需受限于每月偿还贷款(与总收入)比率(MSR)30%的上限。 MSR适用于购买转售和预购组屋单位(BTO)。在2013年12月9日,MSR也扩展到直接从开发商处购买的执行共管公寓(EC)。
