Very often, for existing HDB owners, Bridging Loan which is a short term loan by financial institutions (normally up to 6 months) is incorporated in this scheme. It helps to pay for the down payment of a new property purchase while waiting for the sale proceeds from your existing property. Terms and conditions may vary between financial institutions.
对于拥有的组屋的买家,桥接贷款(金融机构给与的长达6个月的短期贷款)可以纳入该计划,它有助于在等待现有房产的销售收益时支付购买新房产的首付。条款和条件可能因金融机构而异。
* CPF Housing Grants approved amount will only be made known upon EC application approval by HDB, thus this amount can only be utilize after 5% cash option/booking fee payment is made. 公积金购屋津贴金额的审批只有在建屋局批准EC申请后才会公布,所以该金额只能在支付 5% 认购权后使用。
