Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) in this calculator is specifically meant for the purchase of new launch Executive Condomininum. Instead of making progressive payments once contract is signed, DPS buyers need only to pay 20% of the purchase price and Buyer's Stamp Duty, the remaining 80% will only be called for when the development is build and ready to take pocession.

Very often, for existing HDB owners, Bridging Loan which is a short term loan by financial institutions (normally up to 6 months) is incorporated in this scheme. It helps to pay for the down payment of a new property purchase while waiting for the sale proceeds from your existing property. Terms and conditions may vary between financial institutions.

CMV used by financial instutions may vary. 不同金融机构使用的当前市值CMV可能会有所不同。

^ For loan tenure from 31 to 35 years or borrower age extend beyond 65 to 75 year old, borrower can loan up to 55% of the sale price with minimum cash down payment of 10%. 对于31至35年的贷款期限或借款人年龄介于65至75岁,最高贷款为55%而最低现金首付款额为销售价格的10%。
