DPS2: 1% Booking + 7% Exercise + 7% 12 Months later + 85% at 24 months later

Pay Booking + Deposit and move in, Exercise 12 /24 months later:
EDPS1: 10% Booking + 10% at 12 weeks + Exercise in 12 months then pay 80%

EDPS2: 10% Booking + 20% at 12 weeks + Exercise in 24 months then pay 70%

Normal Payment Scheme: 1%+4% Exercise +95% completion in 12 weeks.
