With effect from 20 August 2024 Loan-to-value (LTV) limit for HDB-granted loans is reduced from 80% to 75%. 从2024年9月30日HDB授予的贷款的贷款价值(LTV)限额从80%降至75%。
With effect from 30 September 2022 Loan-to-value (LTV) limit for HDB-granted loans is reduced from 85% to 80%. 从2022年9月30日HDB授予的贷款的贷款价值(LTV)限额从85%降至80%。

* From 9 May 2023, HDB will introduce a new HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter to provide flat buyers with a holistic understanding and assessment of their housing and financing options before they commence their home buying journey. 2023年5月9日起申请组屋的买家,不会再收到建屋局贷款资格通知书(HDB Loan Eligibility Letter),而是新的“购屋资格通知书”(HDB Flat Eligibility Letter,简称HFE通知书)。
