Stamp duties (BSD + ABSD) are to be paid within 14 days after exercise contract. Stamp duties paid can apply for CPF refund, subject to approval. 印花税应在合同行使后14天内支付。已缴印花税可以向税务局申请CPF退款,但须经批准。

Legal fee is referring to the fee required for selling and buying. 律师费是指买和卖的费用。
