From 10 May 2019, CPF board restrict the usage of CPF monies for the purchase of residential property with remaining lease that does not allow the youngest buyer to stay till age 95. 从2019年5月10日起,如购买较短剩余租赁权的住宅,公积金局将限制其公积金的使用。以住宅可否让最年轻的买家居住至95岁为准则。

1) CPF monies can only be used for purchase of residential property with more than 20 years of remaining lease.
2) Buyer must set aside Basic Retirement Sum (BRS) while buying 2nd or subsequent property or when he/she turns 55 years old.
3) For private property buyer can use up to WL if BRS is set aside and buyer can stay till age 95 with the remaining lease.
4) For HDB purchase with HDB loan, there is no limit on the usage of CPF monies after setting aside BRS and buyer can stay till age 95 with the remaining lease.

1)公积金只能用于购买剩余租赁期超过20年的住宅产业。
2)买方在购买第二个或以后的财产时或年满55岁时必须预留基本存款(BRS)。
3)在购买可让买家居住直到95岁的私宅时,如果预留基本存款(BRS),则可动用公积金至可动用顶限(WL)。
4)在购买可让买家居住直到95岁的政府组屋时,在预留BRS后对公积金的使用则没有限制。
