W.e.f. 20 August 2024, the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) quantum for both new and resale
flats to support first-time home buyers. The EHG will be increased:
a) Up to $40,000 for eligible first-timer families, from the current maximum grant amount
of $80,000 to $120,000; and
b) Up to $20,000 for eligible first-timer singles, from the current maximum grant amount
of $40,000 to $60,000.
从8月20日2024起，第一次新组屋和转售组屋的买家的额外安居津贴(EHG)的金额将获得提高：
a）家庭买家将可获高达 $40,000的额外津贴，从目前的 $80,000到$120,000；和
b）单身买家将可获高达 $20,000的额外津贴，从目前的 $40,000到$60,000。

W.e.f. 1 January 2024, the annual value threshold changed from $13,000 to $21,000.
W.e.f. 1 December 2025, the SHB will be extended to seniors who right-size from a private residential property with an Annual Value (AV) between $21,000 and $31,000.
从1月1日2024起，年值门槛从$13,000调高为$21,000。
从12月1日2025起, SHB将扩展至拥有年价值 (AV) 在$21,000至$31,000之间的私人住宅的年长者。

W.e.f. 14 February 2023, under the revised Central Provident Fund Housing Grant, first-timer
families buying two- to four-room HDB resale flats can now get $80,000, up from the previous
$50,000. Those who buy five-room or larger units can get $50,000, up from $40,000.
First-timer singles buying HDB resale flats will also get a higher CPF housing grant of up
to $40,000 for four-room and smaller units, up from $25,000 before. Those who buy five-room
units can get $25,000, up from $20,000.
从2月14日2023起，根据修订后的中央公积金住房补助金，购买二至四房组屋转售组屋的首次置业家庭现在可获得 $80,000 ，高于之前的 $50,000
。那些购买五房或更大单元的人可以获得 $50,000 ，高于 $40,000。
