CPF Housing Grants Eligibility Check

公积金购屋津贴确认

Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Applicant must be at least 21 years old. For Single scheme, applicant must be least 35 years old.
  2. Must be an Singapore Citizen (SC), include at least 1 other SC or SPR (Singapore Permanent Resident)
  3. At least 1 applicant is a first-timer to receive the housing grant. First-timer applicants must not have taken any housing subsidy before.
  4. Remaining lease of flat: More than 20 years (You can get the details of a flat lease at HDB Map Services).
  5. Flat must have sufficient remaining lease to cover the youngest buyer and fiancé/ fiancée or spouse to the age of 95 to qualify for the full Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) amount. Otherwise, the EHG amount will be pro-rated.
  6. For EHG application, you and/or your fiancé(e)/spouse must:
    1. Have worked continuously for at least 12 months prior^ to the flat application
    2. Be working at the time you submitted the flat application
    3. ^ For young couples buying a flat from HDB, find out if you are eligible for the deferred income assessment

资格标准:
  1. 申请人必须年满21岁。单身计划申请人则须年满35岁。

W.e.f. 20 August 2024, the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) quantum for both new and resale flats to support first-time home buyers. The EHG will be increased:
a) By up to $40,000 for eligible first-timer families, from the current maximum grant amount of $80,000 to $120,000; and

b) By up to $20,000 for eligible first-timer singles, from the current maximum grant amount of $40,000 to $60,000.
从8月20日2024起,第一次新组屋和转售组屋的买家的额外安居津贴(EHG)的金额将获得提高:
a)家庭买家将可获高达 $40,000的额外津贴,从目前的 $80,000到$120,000;和

b)单身买家将可获高达 $20,000的额外津贴,从目前的 $40,000到$60,000。


W.e.f. 14 February 2023, under the revised Central Provident Fund Housing Grant, first-timer families buying two- to four-room HDB resale flats can now get $80,000, up from the previous $50,000. Those who buy five-room or larger units can get $50,000, up from $40,000.

First-timer singles buying HDB resale flats will also get a higher CPF housing grant of up to $40,000 for four-room and smaller units, up from $25,000 before. Those who buy five-room units can get $25,000, up from $20,000.

从2月14日2023起,根据修订后的中央公积金住房补助金,购买二至四房组屋转售组屋的首次置业家庭现在可获得 $80,000 ,高于之前的 $50,000 。那些购买五房或更大单元的人可以获得 $50,000 ,高于 $40,000。

购买组屋转售组屋的首次单身人士也将获得更高的 CPF 住房补贴,四房和更小的单位最高可达 $40,000 ,高于之前的 $25,000 。那些购买五房单元的人可以获得 $25,000,高于 $20,000。
